Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.

Last updated: 8 July 2026 · Version 1.0

Template notice: This policy has been drafted to reflect UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 for a small education consultancy. It is a strong starting point, but it is not legal advice. Before publishing, have it reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor or data-protection adviser, register with the ICO if required, and confirm every third-party service named below is actually in use.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Dream Wise Education Ltd ("Dream Wise", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 15386402), with its registered office in Ilford, London. We are an independent education consultancy that helps students with university admissions, course selection and Student Finance England applications.

For the personal data described in this policy, Dream Wise Education Ltd is the data controller. If you have any questions, contact us at info@dreamwisedu.com.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection, such as relying on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses).

We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary: to respond to and progress your enquiry, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to handle any later queries or disputes. Enquiries that do not proceed are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
