Work with us: help adults take their next step into university

We are a small, independent education consultancy in Ilford, London. We are hiring two Student Recruitment Advisors, one full-time and one part-time, with hybrid and home working.

Dream Wise Education helps adults in England find the right university course. You would be one of the first voices a prospective student hears, so honesty and patience matter more than a sales background.

Be the main point of contact for prospective students from first enquiry to enrolment with our partner universities and colleges.

What you will do

  • Talk with adults about their goals and explain course options, entry requirements and start dates clearly and honestly.
  • Guide students through the admissions steps for the course they choose.

  • Keep accurate records of every enquiry and follow up on time.
  • Help us create helpful guides and social posts that are accurate and checked against GOV.UK.

What we are looking for

  • Right to work in the UK. We will ask to check this before a start date.
  • Clear, friendly spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable on the phone and WhatsApp, and organised with follow-ups.
  • Honest, patient and happy to say "I'm not sure, let me check".
  • Experience in education, advice or customer-facing work is helpful, but not essential. We will train the right person.
  • A quiet place to work at home and a reliable internet connection for home days.
